Aug. 3rd, 2012 01:09 pmAs a Downton Abbey viewer (Slate.com at one point called us "Abbeysinians") I knew this had to happen: Uke tab for If You Were The Only Girl In The World. A song which featured prominently in Series 2. And I am proud that I remembered it's "series 2" and not "season 2."
Musecon this Saturday: 1:30 Improv Games for Performance. 3:00 Ukulele Summit.
I'm not bringing If You Were the Only Girl... to Musecon, because I have this charming antiquated notion that I should know a song before attempting to lead it. I violate that standard often enough as it is.
One last random thought before I get back to work: If Gabby Douglas is the Flying Squirrel, and Bela and Marta Karolyi are most certainly Boris and Natasha, who is Moose? Danell Leyva? Hmm... that works. "Watch me pull this towel off of my head."
