Gingerbread Technology

I want this cookie cutter and I need it right now!!  Will I have to get sheet metal and a pair of pliers, or will the World Wide Web ecosystem soon provide a commercially-available version?

I will use it with my pepparkakor recipe (as posted last year) or with the following ever-trustworthy gingerbread recipe which is known in my household, for reasons that would take too long to explain here, as Flat Corrigans.

Combine the dry ingredients and set aside for later:

2 and 1/2 cups flour (unbleached white)
2 t baking soda
1 t cinnamon
1 t ginger
1 t cloves

Cream together:

3/4 cup butter (that's 1 and 1/2 sticks but who's counting)
1 cup sugar (white granulated: there is nothing healthy here: move along)
1 egg
1/4 cup molasses

Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.  If the dough is too soft to handle easily, let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour.  Roll out and cut with a Really Cool Android Cookie Cutter.  Make a hole if you're one of those people who like to take perfectly good food and hang it on a tree.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 6-10 minutes (depending on how large the cookies are and whether you rolled them to 1/4 inch thick or more like 1/8 inch).  Eat them while waiting for a decent Android tablet that doesn't cost 500 bucks and doesn't require a 2-year contract.
