Rahm and Ax must be in D.C. because we didn't see them today.
Park in the back, if possible. Jefferson is one-way north, so approach from Roosevelt and turn north on Jefferson. Turn right at the end of the block and right again behind the building. I've never had to try the valet parking, claimed to be free when you show the receipt for what you've eaten.
