OK, so I didn't dance with Buzz Aldrin on Saturday night.  But I got a photo of somebody else dancing with him.  That has to count for something, right?

The dance came about because of my wife. She suggested that we present Dr. Aldrin with a disco ball. When we failed to procure one, the idea morphed into auctioning off a dance with Dr. Aldrin for charity. I'm glad he looks happy in the picture. I had a discussion with him about it on the ride to the airport this morning.

Brilliant idea, brilliantly executed. It does seem that another title Dr. Aldrin can claim is that of "Good Sport."
